How come people get kicked out of churches for associating with other people who have done wrong?

Aren't christians supposed to be forgiving and understanding?

I just thought of something. Lets say there was a god, and he did send this message to you through copy/pasting or whatever. Would he still speak in the backwards ass language that we no longer use? or would he send the message the way we normally speak today. And I'm not talking about slang, but its obvious that times change and so does the way we speak
