I also thought knowing the difference between its and it's was easy too but I guess not.

Isn't it kinda hard to get that many casters in a group unless you are early in the season or late enough for some to have warlocks? I'm thinking you need them to be either mages or warlocks for them to be effective or can pala casters and such work just fine too?

mages/warlocks/alcehmists can work on medium gear and 12+ prof

anything else would require much better gear and much higher prof to avoid running out of mana

like i said, we can do 2-2.5 hour climbs with 2 ninja casters, 2 monk casters, and an exp/caster ninja. prof really is that important and effective.
