I really sympathize. I've slashed with a few society people and hung out with them on vent. And I remember very clearly, people...very clearly telling you not to accept that member into your guild.

Please listen to the warnings next time too avoid something like this :(, Don't like seeing losses like this amongst good slashers.

Cause you wouldn't be so clever to give out your gear to someone you don't know and don't trust, thats why this isn't the best way to scam... is the hardest one :)

I'm sorry about that but imo everyone should be 1000% sure of what they are doing :) I've lent out over 25k FG in last months and I'm still missing 6.5k, I'm not complaining or QQing around, it was my fault, I trusted them and they didn't pay me back after 6 months yet and probably will never :) Was my choice to give the FG nobody forced me

edit2: Rect will get his charm back, as I said he is lucky that I've bought it but I cannot just give out a 25k donation :) I'm not that rich :P

nor am, i cannot afford to rebuy my ice from u rofl so i might possiabllly just sell teh rest of my ices off, and call her a day after i have my 1st beer and yes ls is turning in to the d2 forums... which prolly is about time paul get s off his ass. or the fuckin meds around here we all see this happening very often nows a scam is a scam

but this time only differrence is i have all the s/s and the admition of lies and theft :) and to ignore it would be just fuckin bull shit, and would also prove to the lazyness of the higher ups,
yar yar i know all about the vaul disclaimer yar i can read... scam= scam lol

why is he still in your guild?
if a friend wanted to play LS on his account, that means he doesnt have his own jsp, or he'd just play on his own account to 'try it out'
since he sold the charm dealing through pms, it shows familiarity with the site
doesnt match up, he clearly sold the charm and lied.
kick him the fuck out

Vouch this.

Why would he still be in the guild after all this?
It's clear that he sold the ice.
And now you have to pay the 25.2k+ fee he got
So why would he still be in the guild?

I really understand your feelings but this is not a scam, you cannot scam on Ladder Slasher :(

Edit: Complaining about Paul or the Mods doesn't change the fact that is your fault to send something to someone who wasn't 100% trusted...

people in poker forum still get locked if loans arn't pay'd back.

just saying :)

look i think your a great guy to sell back the ice charm for what you got it for and i understand you have to say the rules because of tt tag etc.. but the truth is and everyone here knows it

that is a scam

A confidence trick or confidence game (also known as a bunko, con, flim flam, gaffle, grift, hustle, scam, scheme, swindle or bamboozle) is an attempt to defraud a person or group by gaining their confidence. The victim is known as the mark, the trickster is called a confidence man, con man, confidence trickster, or con artist, and any accomplices are known as shills. Confidence men or women exploit human characteristics such as greed and dishonesty, and have victimized individuals from all walks of life.

does this not sound exactly what just happened?

I wouldnt think so...I mean it is your account.
So imo you should be able to allow anyone you want on your account.

Guild's gonna buy the charm back. But yes as Arl explained to me and TiM on skype earlier this morning, if you send out an item to his vault, the item doesn't belong to you, but to the person you're sending the item.
That being said, I do understand it's hard to claim it's a 'scam' but everyone know it's his, and even that's Paul's game, it's too bad that he cannot do anything about this. I know that we're gonna pay back the charm to let it in rect's hands but, thanks Arl for 'giving' back the charm, I know some people wouldn't have done it, since it's a 'cheap' item.
