Not only are the #s meaning the magic level - or "Item Magic Quality's", as you wrote it - the number defines how many stats the prefix adds.
I.e: 12 = Unique
A unique item has 12 stat modifiers.
Oh u mean change that list to:
An (ur typo ^^) unique item has 12 stat modifiers.
An artifact item has 11 stat modifiers.
Ect... 10, 9, 8, 7, 6
