This is impressive. Too bad no one does anything cool like this for blackberry or else my work phone would become a lot more fun ^_^

Got any idea yet as to if you can listen to music that's on your computer from your iPhone with this - or watch movies with the audio?

Unfortunately, sound doesn't travel through the iPod. :(

Not sure bout iPhone, but I assume it would be same as iPod touch.

So in answer to your question, no, you can't listen to music or watch movies with audio on it.
