you were 5 pass 19 fails so 24 attempts recorded and now you're at 5/20 so 25 so counts as 1 attempt for HC so far is counted as well as all future mq's. 10 attempts SC is correct.
Theoretically i could go and ask for guild GP histories to get data for HC characters from the time of HC reset, but arguably those could also have been 101's/gp maps.
This is also more work than i fancy doing, not perfectly fair for HC but I think this is more fair than being unsure and allowing Disney to count all 90 attempts
