This also makes me wonder, does ML have a big impact? I mean with using 16 ML to get such a nice item... would 30+ ML have made it even more godly or could it have been done without any ML?

lol I just always wonder how much of a difference is ML actually making.

I mean... it's not bad... considering how the higher your main stat is, the more QD helps you... and QD can multiproc so the more QD you have the better each % of QD is too...

So the fact that this thing is 5 from perfect dex AND a really high amount of QD for any item... means that it's the lottery drop.

I mean... it's gonna beat a 70 dex item.

And I didn't even talk about it being HH usable too

Anyway, it's impossibly good. JakeTheDog will probably quit the game for another year after trying to mute something close for the next decade.

ML procs, or it doesn't. It doesn't make you an item that could not have dropped without ML unless it overspawns (which is also the only way you will know it procced on THAT item...). Looking at averages you can tell that it works. Also it can do multiple things to the same item, which may have happened on this item, or maybe not. It could be the reason this item has 7 properties instead of (1-6). It could be the reason why the QD is 11 instead of 10. It could be the reason the dex is 50 (46-50) instead of 45 (40-45). It could the reason all 3 happened and without ML it could have just been a magical lvl 40 lightning with 6 mind numb

More could have possibly helped, or maybe not... depends which things 16 ML did already, or did not, and how lucky he would have been here. If you repeat the experiment with less ML you will make this item fewer times, but you'd probably need to repeat the experiment zillions of times to find your answer anyway. Hope this helps you
