No way, I’ve had much better results with item stat boost

What exactly is the difference between the two? I'm sure we've guessed at this before in this very thread, but I'm probably not patient enough to find it

Item stat quality makes items roll higher/more rare stats and better drop quality makes it more likely for higher tier items to drop, there could be more to it but those are the main differences.
