Found a well and tossed in a bunch, didnt get much here is my best drop from it. Angelic focused heal IV Level Req: 5 Heals: 26 to 31 Mana Cost: 29 +15% Enhanced Effect +4 Intelligence +1% Life Steal +1% Heal Mastery.

its slow going. getting about 5-15 monsters per regen depending on how they spawn.
