It’s a fail because vitality is the red headed step child amongst the other Harvard alumni children.....if ya get my drift =)

For specific Tanking purposes it is a great item to use, but, since whistling has been introduced and towning while in a group has been included in the mechanics of the game, this type of item is obsolete.
