it is when it wont sell for anyting and has no purpose. stuck up cuz i want a decent drop. didnt u quit anyways? is there not a retired ls thread somewhere for the nonplayers?

It is more than a decent drop .. it is 12% higher damage than a perfect ee Tier III Ice, even if you put it in the ACC slot, it would do more damage than a 60 ee Ice in ACC, you want more mana, then use another charm in main slot with + Mana, and maybe even +X% Ice Mastery. You will basically still be 1 hit killing all the same with that Ice.

Yes, it is more than decent, you just lack how to make it worth using.

I go AWOL at times for any length of time, but I have never quit this game fully.

EDIT: In comparison to Tier III Ice 60% ee and 12 Intelligence would be on Par with your TierIII Ice of 72% ee... but at least the extra 12% ee works in the ACC slot.

would prefer the 60+12int MUCH more tbh... profs cap low lvl charms easy. That said you dont even need a great charm low lvl. I throw my ee charm in the acc and put on an int/mana charm in main slot. high 50s ee charm will still basically 1shot everything to lvl 5.

We are basically saying the same thing, even with your explanation, the 72% ee Ice charm is not a fail, in fact it is better than any 60% ee in ACC slot as mentioned.

I just don't see how it could be posted as a fail just because it can not be sold? Other than unspawns, it is at least a top 10 (for ACC use maybe #1)
