Yeah, njaguar worded them very very badly. What these actually mean is that your character will gain more xp for his character for each fishing (or cooking) action that he completes. Not xp for the skill itself.

Does me no good at all because my skiller is already 71 anyway, and I can’t MQ unless I get to 75 (skilling gives no xp to your character after 71).

How is that badly at all? It says exp, which is exactly what it does. Everything that change prof has those words in it. (currently there is only 1 thing that has anything to do with prof)
