They were found. I found first two, pick found third one. I just sold the first one in MP already.

I think you can check by the item ID

There's been so many items that the item modifier is almost 10 times as high

So i would imagine 2 & 3 are viable, not sure if potion 1 is, when it's not actually visible on a character. I don't really see an issue with buying off the market for it, but that's open for interpretation i suppose, main thing is the same potion isn't counted for multiple guilds, otherwise that really defeats the point
Also, what item ID are we saying the event started at? i suggest looking at Matthi's fish and going from there as that was pretty early.
