it feels like base difficulty is only a fraction of true difficulty. lvl 68 ninja with a dex robe soloing, and i can actually survive multiple waves xD wich i could not do like just 12 min ago

Mon Dif% and Base% are completely different, this one shouldnt be near as bad as the last one.

hardly any difference to normal mode now.

Monsters do not hit ANYWHERE near as hard as last event, and healers really don't have any issues until high 70s and even then if you have a good EE charm, one primary healer can manage just fine in a whistle group while doing damage. That was impossible in the last even where you had to main slot your heal charm and dedicate completely to healing 65+.
