It's impossible to know. A +3 EP map can have more than 3 EP's. The +3 are additional guaranteed EP's.

So for example, if your +3 EP map ended up with 2EP's base +3EP, with a 200% more EP event, you would end up with 2*(+200%) + 3 = 9EP encounters total

You would get the 100% 3 eps

Plus if your lucky have 50% chance of more eps to spawn

the MD won't disappear, your map still got base values, and those are increased by 25%, the extra 1% on the map just adds to it

same goes for EPs, each map contain EPs even if it doesn't show any +EP on the actual map you're about to use, means if there's an 50% more EP event, the base value of EPs on your map will increase by 50% not the stat "+EP" shown on the map you use
