a new fairly rare item into the game, Gives you the chance to reroll a specific Stat. would be nice.

if it dropped at perhaps 5X as often as comferys, But was the same in that you could only reroll For a specific Tier, i dont think that would be considered overpowered. i have never even seen a Tier 5+ comfrey.
