+160% Maximum Base Quality of Welled Item

My theory is that each item has a determined spawn, let's say you throw in a lvl 30 white into the well.
I think this item is determined to roll, let's say between magical - mystical (it cant roll higher, unless ML comes into play) with this event it would be able to roll magical - godly instead.

But I could also be way off ofc, but that's what I think It just increases the chance of rolling a higher magical type, while the minimum gives u a guaranteed higher.

Just welled ~100 items with 32 ml

And i got ~50 items with ~5 stats so current event raise the overall possible stats

were those 50 items that u throw in? or side drops included?

Both couldnt see a huge differents on stats with main vs side drop


In avg i would say i had ~3 stats

Yeah but it's the item that's being thrown in that is the one roll from the event, rest is just random
