+100% Minimum Base Quality of Welled Item..What does this mean specifically? Anyone think this is better than the maximum? I'm trying to decide if I should well the 45-55s I bought or if I should wait.

My guess as far as him telling us the parameters would be no. He's not really that great about sharing info. I mean how long has it been since the LS portal was even updated?
