I remember when I 1st started muting back Feb 2022. I have to read through this thread to check if its worth while at that time I was 100% sure that muting is the right choice over glyphing/fishing however I've come to conclusion that muting is only good to earn fg then just buy off the gear. I was fool on not heeding the warning post of the og muting folks that muting became sucks after Paul adjusted the mechanics of it hahahah
The only reason why I'm muting right now is to hit rank 56
If we are to trust all posts or check steve's chars, it should be not too bad, we're just unlucky
It seems muting low level items is way harder than it needs to be compared to high lvl items
There's been almost a hundred 170-220 ee lvl 40/45/50/55s muted with only a couple of active people getting 55 essences.. ( last years )
But getting 140-180 ee or anything good really lvl 20/25/30/35s seems impossible
There're maybe 5 lvl 20-35s posted to every 20-30 lvl 40+
