Looking For Help:
1. Make a post stating that you are seeking a helper to mentor you as you learn more about the game.  Posts should give an idea of what you'd like help with and what core you play on. (sc/hc)
2. Be patient with the helpers as they are offering their services freely and in their own spare time.
3. Provide any relevant feedback, preferably via PM. (Was this thread helpful? What you think could have been handled better? etc)

Offering Help:
1. Quote the post of a person seeking the service and state that you have pm'd them to offer your assistance.  Questions should be answered one on one via PM or another form of communication that's mutually acceptable.
2. Provide the help the individual needs to the best of your ability.  If there are questions you are unable to answer for someone, either refer them to another user who is actively helping or quote their post in thread again saying they could use additional assistance.
3. Provide feedback as necessary.

I am seeking advice with how to stay in a group. Being a new player with very limited fg funds, my gear is not up to par. When I join a cata group, I let them know upfront that my gear is lacking so my overall damage might not compare to a more experienced player. My total attacks is at or above what other people are at, but they are doing more damage per attack so they obviously have higher overall damage. What I am wondering though, is why I keep getting booted from groups. I am playing a level 48 barb, have a decent amount of health and stay up front to absorb damage. I listen to other players if they have advice to give and follow directions. But it seems like more often than not, I get booted from a group. In fact, I just ran with the same group for 4 new games, then I joined the 5th one with the same people, and was told 'sorry full' and promptly booted. This is not a rare occurrence. Is this game just hard for new players with lacking gear? Are they booting me because I am a girl? I understand sometimes when I join a fresh group and get booted due to spots being reserved for guild members, but that does not always seem to be the case. Any advice/help? Thank you for your time.
