There's no rule.. but most logical people will still look at things posted such as:

As purely spam because they basically just grabbed any old 55 item and posted it. The staff above is not a fail. A fail would be 50vit on that staff for example not 3 random stats all t3 rolls or lower. You can argue this fact all you want but it still equates to a +1

Jesus christ what are you doing that you have that bad of drops? I can almost solo 2x explore climbs in 9hrs and find ~10x 55s each climb.

As for your comment on +1s.. yeah all posts are +1 but nobody cares to see a shrine here. Everyone KNOWS what is meant by a fail, you can talk semantics all you want but thats the truth of the matter.
