yes haha thats where i found all the dust was a thick caked on layer.

your ping is pretty high.. do you get riddled with 1006's a lot? your dl rate and ul rate seem fine its your ping..

hmmm are you using a vpn? if so thats where your bottleneck is.. honestly... if you arent doing anything sketchy online.. theres no need for a vpn.. i torrent ul and dl all the time.. and i dont use a vpn.. no issues in more than 10 years...

e/ wait.. is this a wifi connection? or hard wired?

ty.. but computers are almost second to nature for me.... I built my fist pc when i was only 5 with my father just watching over my shoulder.. he worked for our government and designed the first job bank server and site. since which.. i have completed 2 masters and a bachelors in computer sciences, and am NISS certified (underwhich theres 54 different certifications combined)

Jeez a 1030, i forgot they made those, you should be able to pick up 1060's/1070's for a couple of bucks now that gpu prices have finally dropped.
