I have never seen such a fish.
In the past testing was done. Transmuting essences from items & fishing, neither showed gains from Magic Luck.
The essences were true random w/ even chance for each. The fish were neither more prone to be rare nor above average in restore value.
This was done before the rewrite & the change that allowed Magic Luck to create overspawns.
Magic Luck does allow overspawns when rerolling an item w/ essence.
Damn great points. How can we test this (that is what I am thinking at the moment).
Hmm, High level character say 60+ that has 0 Rank in fishing and using the highest Magic Luck gear and start fishing and hope to get an Overspawn Sardine or a higher Tier Fish?
Would be interesting to see the outcome, especially if you get an over spawn sardine with +150 or more life/mana... then cook it, and then Suff it.
