Perhaps this has been suggested already, and if so apologies, but - as an alternative to locking gear, would it not be possible to add a layer of safety to the shrine/trash can?
Allow user in settings to toggle ”Safe shrine/trash”, and once toggle is on, dropping an item into shrine/trash can will prompt a popup ”Do you really want to shrine [166 Rare Essences V]”?
So basically make it a ”2-click-process”
Sucks to shrine a full day of muting
