For the past hour, Ive been tossing the idea on discord about even getting gear to play.. that's the first issue. Availability. And imo, the prices are retarded for the market, there a 1/3 of the buyers or less than I'm used to 10 years ago.

A lot of that has to do with the fact that he destroyed drop rates for almost 5 years. Think of how many quit with all their gear never to be seen again. It’s not that expensive to get a mediocre set on hc as long as you don’t Mind taking a little time to build it. The plus side is HC is significantly cheaper overall due to having had such bad activity for so long.

Sc you will be able to build sets a lot faster but the price is crazy

even told him id ride and sell out soft core and come

im about at his lvl though tired of it (LS) again said id never sell out again so i get bored and come back after few months all the time

love the idea of the game i think because it brought me through a real rough time when i started playing in 08 and a few times since then

The rewrite fixed so many of the broken things of the “lost years” though I refuse to believe he is done after the recent update to muting. For real since the rewrite two years ago I’ve found over 100k worth of items easily if not more. Thats also considering the fact that hc is less than sc now too.

Imagine the price of these drops on sc:
32/24 dex/str 25 padded
191 45 light
214 45 fire
53dex 45 wild
219 45 sword
48dex/16xp 50 chain

That’s really just the highlights of the last year. There were tons of 150ee+ Or stat equivalent too though. For those who want to find gear it’s really as easy as solo with high ML during high item stat boost events. If you don’t find something at least average in 5 solo climbs like that you’re doing it wrong.

Maybe I just give up to easy
You know I've invested time/money that can never be gotten back and after all the years I played I'm not one to sit here and think it'll ever be recouped from LS
But also I guess after the time I've put in I don't even play for the drops anymore it's just an outlet for me when I need one from real life. As I'm an addict, currently a sober addict, but addict none the less.
In all the climbs I've been in I've never even seen anything over 160 ee drop in a game or over 30 stats ect...
And you could be spot on maybe even after 12 plus years I ain't doing it right idk.
Ofc I was gone for like 6 years.
But I've got some conspiracy theorys I laid them out for kaspir last night ofc. And he knows scripting and saw a lot of flaws in my theorys ofc but he'll idk maybe it's time for a personal change for me just not sure man.
