- use a 55 map with no immunes
- whistle the last 3-5 levels
- use less vitality to improve clear speed

oh yeah the maps, because they're so easily available, but reasonable
whistling still spawns 3 mobs
vita is reasonable
I do already use fish and shrine after mobs die (I have the highest fishes in HC so I do use way too many in combat too when necessary)
I do use stuff like double strike, and on HH it's kinda hard to use salvation, I do that on any other class though
so you're right, there are two reasonable solutions, of which one is, once again, item related, but definitely better for casters (and avoiding stunners)
