I never said the scenario was realistic :P

but let's even take shamans for example, not multiple evil waves

Well everytime we do MM and still have Shamans active at lvl 75+ it's never a problem, if ppl in the group have smart abilities for those kinds of stuffs it works like a charm, they melt.
Sure i've always wanted to farm shamans up to 101, but no1 else ever wants to do that in the guild cause it would literly take more than 2h ^^,
So unless you're not farming them, you wont ever need go out and shrine facing them. Not on sc at least :P

hmm okay that might be the case on SC

on HC we usually struggle a bit, especially at 65+, the closer to 71, the harder

gotta time abilities really well towards 68 and higher

Yeah. Timing abilities is the key for shamans at all levels! I believe Shamans takes us like ~45-60sec or something when we do a g/o MM run ( normally we find them at level 74-76 ish )
But that's one of the thing and tricks by using vent, so easy to tell when everyone's ready and when to release the attack : )

those bastards can be tough at lvl 100 :lol:
i once killed them at lvl 87 or something.. but then we couldnt beat them at lvl 96 ish
their heals were just insane :rofl:
more power/double cast might help maybe ^^

on topic:
nice to see that paul brought a little spice to the game again.. maybe not 100% the flavour some would like to see but i still like it. cute bonus for solo

Yeah, it always depends on what kinds of monsters and what abilities they have aswell, at least on that high level.
