It is either an avoidance offense or its not. The time in a guild does not dictate this, avoiding the fee is avoiding the fee. Thats just like in RLT you pay a fee its unavoidable so should LS fees.

The fee paid for guild vault more than covers any MP fee for selling an item so it's not avoidance of the mp fee when trading with a guild member. Joining a guild for a couple minutes with the intent to use the guild transfer function to avoid paying the MP fee, then leaving the guild after the trade is completed is against the rules.
