no need for any restrictions/complications
sorry i don't see the the "power" in this feature that would be ripe for abuse
worst case scenario is people using it to converse because they are to lazy to type a name (like gimps did in D2 msging their whole friends list to talk to 1 person)
the guild can always talk to or boot offenders when necessary
