Max Life > Max mana

If you need mana you can use the points you would have put into vit and put them into int instead. This way you get the life, mana, and damage.

Doesnt really matter tho any of these items would be insane to have.

Dagger/Axe, Medium/Light Armor or Charm with 200+ EE, 20+ Exp and... uhh.. that would be more than enough. ;)

well if we're limited to 4 stats and we're talking a casting damage charm there's nothing stronger now than, example element:

Earth
280ee
70 Int
14 Crit
14%Mind Numb

any element mastery would be a dead stat since it adds to ee and you will hit 20 prof and cap it anyway
