My guys had no gear/fg to start with im helping.
many guilds once paid for guild points,
i pay for gp's to reward them, as well as to make sure they get better gear.
member's who stay in my guild are expected to use the fg they earn to invest in better gear.
and just because i pay doesn't make you guys better then us.
honestly, many guilds give fg rewards.
My members try there best and many have told me they would indeed stay if i stopped paying, but i have fg, i have no use for and i can bring fg in easily so why would i bother to stop paying and helping my members?
