No bug, just curious what this does "Increased the experience gain for increasing proficiency in skills"

Does it means that you get higher xp the higher prof you got?? or what?
or that you can use xp gain gear to get prof much easier?

Means that you get more experience than you used to in previous versions for skilling up.

or more like you get more prof?.. xD

you always got % exp when muting,glyphing. with new version you get more exp/item muted,glyphed

Okay, let's say you go fishing, and catch a fish. Before, if you caught a fish at or above your proficiency level, you gained + Proficiency and + Experience. This update increase the amount of experience you gain each time you successfully complete a skill.

I can't log in at work atm, but I'm dieing to know if there is a key assignment added for auto moving items from your inventory to your vault like <Ctrl> used to do in earlier version.
I was looking at the below screenshot listed and notice only a small part on the scrollbar was shown:
