That is not true.

Only the french so far have been so stuck up and ignorant about that particular subject.

Alot of people speak very bad english but that is mostly because of inadaquite education but few people are as stubborn and ignorant as the french when it comes to that subject in particular.

Nope. well not in quebec. We are learning english because its the market language. And calm down..

I learn english since im 10 years old. At 14 years old I passed 1 year because I had only 98+ in my results. Tbh I see more ingonrant english in those forums.. English is the most popular language its true. it would be amazing if everyone would speak the same langauge. w/w it is. But as far as i know its not my fault if i am french.
