It is updated every 24 hours, so there will be no need for PM'ing him in order to update players already on the list.
However, he would like you to send him a PM with a linked ID to players that have been inadvertenly left off the list, as well as new members of your guild reaching the 100+ plateau.
Many thanks and much respect goes to Mandy ( Hylian_Queen) for starting this, and running it for a year, and thanks also go out to Joe for volunteering to take it over and setting it up dynamically.
Mandy didn't start this list, she continued it in proper fashion though.
