The question could be "Can you change sometime outside of the game that changes functionality within game" ?

it does change functionality
its the same as holding your mouse button down

actually the way shorty described is working WITHIN the game, cause the game is WITHIN the browser

i mean you cant play ladder slasher without a browser and you most definitely need a mouse for it!

nope

does it give an unfair advantage? I don't think so.

It's pain in the arse when trying to switch weapons etc, i don't use it because i found the downsides outweigh the positives (for me)

the thing that i hate the most is the silly pop-up window of the flash player, but i cant close it permanently

always had problems with it while glyphing/muting even before any push-hold feature came up...

I don't this being illegal.

The option on clicklock is built into all operating systems and many mouses now a days, havethe click lock button right on them.
I personally use a trackball mouse for everything and it has the click lock button build on it.

I do use this option when soloing at higher levels rather then clicking for every attack.

However I can see this as being a problem and I do see a system being put into the game to stop click lock.
