Hi guys!
Yes, I guess it's time to say a warm farewell to this community, and this comes from our guild members, all of them

It's been a pleasure to play with you guys, we met a lot of nice people. Sure there have been a few issues with a couple of players or so, but I feel I can say this is by far
the best gaming community I've ever been with.
Our last GP was obtained on 12/16/2009, I think it's been long enough to say we're done for the moment.
Sure we might come back, we all wait for new versions of the game and future improvements.
I'd like to leave a few reasons why we quit.
This is not meant to be a cry topic or such a thing, so if you wanna write down some gtfo-post, please do that somewhere else

I hope our ideas will help the community grow, we've put into these ideas as much honesty as we could, no rant at all.
The economyAfter the old transmuting way has been removed, most of us lost their reliable source of income.
New skills have been introduced to compensate, but in our opinion this added too much difficulty.
I personally spent tons of hours glyphing, and I could get to level 9 or so. I can now earn like 200 fg/month with glyphing, but this is not worth in my opinion.
Too much time spent there and too little income. Spending the same time playing solo will surely bring me more fg.
Same for fishing. I know it's meant to be like that, but this cuts away from the game all those players who got little time to play.
I joined late 1.15... So I missed out on making fg...
As for the economy... well... the only thing I think that is ridiculous... see'ing a level 50 Focus Heal (97EE) on MP for 900fg when I bought my level 55 Focus Heal (87EE) on MP for 200fg... ... ... ... there is no balance to prices... and the only thing to blame are the PLAYERS selling them for ridiculous prices.graphicsMost of us didn't like the last update. 4 or 5 of us quitted because of it.
It's pretty messy and not handy, you end up with too many open windows. Switching among them takes time and it's pretty frustrating.
What we would like to see is some more organized and clean graphics, yet more "thrilling".
We'd like to see some kind of giant mobs for quests, or 7 shamans that look all the same.
We'd also like to see more "information" during our fights, like popping out fancy text with "
critical!!" "
blocked!!" or so.
This would add a lot of depth to the gameplay in our opinions.
I like the "critical" / "blocked" pop up idea... can be incorporated with the damage.
Graphics: so & so... now I am use to them.
Windows: personally... this is a piece of cake to handle... set them up when you 1st get on... then you just utilise the Hotkeys (as for MP / Vault... just leave arena and use the click option.. it is just the same as the old way)drop lootAnother reason to quit for a lot of us.
Personally, that made me quit. We are players from Europe and it's extremely hard for us to compete with aggressive grabbers from USA.
Most of the times, especially after shamans or evils, I can't even see the dopped item. This is really frustrating.
I think the game definitely needs a drop loot, based on the activity of players in cata. Also, the drop box should contain the items for like 3-4 waves, in a FIFO manner, so we could check the items carefully while playing. This would make the game faster and more balanced.
This is a discomfort for many people that are basically a very long distance away from the server location... as for myself... I do not really care if I miss a drop now when I am in Catacombs... I am just there to get to 71 so that I can MQ... other than that... I well my own items and Arena at other times when people are not on.... Ohhh... I live in New Zealand... so I have a worse packet transfer rate than you... I can guarantee that.
Personally... I just think that your guild should do what Labby does... make Guild Cata... at least then... you know that you get equal drop loots.OK I guess this is all.
Once again, no need to rant. These are our reasons, feel free to comment on them but pay some respect

I hope we'll be back one day, we really had great times together, among us and with all of you.
Best of wishes from the minions!Anyway... goodluck in your endeavours... here are some thoughts for you and your other members quitting:
1. During your time away... your proficiencies remain the same (pity they do not increase)
2. During your time away... your items
3. When you come back... you notice others making fg because they were stubborn and built on their profs (muting etc)
4. When you come back... the community will welcome you warmly.
