has anyone notice a difference in magical value when muting with a high level char vs. low level character
or using ml gear vs. not using ml gear?

is there a possibility of raising the magical value ( example: rare esscence + rare item = mystical )

i just thought about this actually.

i've never encountered raising the magical lvl nor do i think ML affects it

hardcore obviously

#1 i always mute with ml gear, specially when i reroll items - got me a couple decent results!

with ml you get a chance on having better stats - either on item drops or the muting outcome - at least thats a common belief...

f.ex. with 30 ml you have a 30% chance to get 40 ee instead of 20 ee - same goes for all other stats...

i talked to many experienced players about that and its mostly a belief, because there is no official statement or report (ill go with the belief or "placebo"-effect)!

afterall paul is the only one who knows for sure what the effects of ml in the game are!

like i said thats a widespread belief and the best explanation i have found in my research regarding the effects of magic luck...

(i aint sure if i rendered the information correctly though)

basically it means you have a chance to get +1 stat level with magic luck...

But how can you even justify it? If you have 30 Magic Luck and mute something that ends up having 40% Enhanced Effect, how do you know it wouldn't have had the same amount of Enhanced Effect even without the Magic Luck? I know you said that's just what you think, but I just want to know WHY you think it.
