exactly... you could have spent thoose 300+ hours climbing and earning drops instead put them into a skill with much less reward for your efforts. That is why i propose making the benfits of these skills a lil more profitable then 1-3 fg glyphs or 1fg for every 3 fish or .5 fg per essense.. and would also allow the continuation of these skills beyond one player. So when person A has had enough those hours invested are not a total loss.
Why should rich ppl always control things? I like the aspect that i've earned all the profs that I have and im putting time into a skill to have it pay off in the long run.
My personal opinion with muting is Paul was tired of ppl playing LS soley to earn fg and why should ppl be rewarded from just muting and doing no climbs. His idea, make muting a skill and reward the players who actually spend the time to mute rather than those with the fg on hand to buy up the market. Sounds like a perfect solution imo.
*** The muting market will soon stablize in due time. Ppl just need to give it time and imo, 55 items will start going for 20-50 fg per once there is more competition for them
