It's "silver". Chain is difficult to make without making the image super complicated which = laggy on the client to process.

[edit] I personally think it looks great. You'll get used to it. Oh, and a real suit of chain armor is rather thin, only slightly thicker than robe.

very nice armor graphics, the old weapons charm grahpics kinda look out of place now with these pretty armor graphics, ill sure be looking forward to the further graphics updates!
