Pretty sure he was using it to heal with that 6% ee. It is HC after all ;)

or switched to magic luck for final hit but he didnt get the final hit off :unsure:

If it were in his inventory instead of the accessory slot, I would be more inclined to believe he wasn’t trying to heal with it :P
