The bug when you break your rod and it won't go away should be fixed now. Going to test, but really bummed to have to burn two rods to test it. :( Lol :D

[edit]: Confirm, this bug is now fixed. Bye bye two rods :(

Updated it so that the Command key on a Mac should work everywhere where it says to use the Ctrl key. Ie, Command-Click items will equip, etc. Refresh to get this latest version.

I said that he has replied to implite about a low level driver, my question was about maps with a high level driver.

Helping newer slashers, helping lower leveled characters, helping find objectives, playing around with high level skills and mobs, playing the game with the idea that mq should not be the only "end game" playstyle, high level welling, mirror maze, the list goes on.

I surely hope high level play isn't nerfed. It's one reason many of us play the game. Some don't care about the race to mq or be on the top of the scandal sheet, but a more relaxed playstyle where you can play and be very helpful to the newer generation. This shouldn't be overlooked.

To answer some high level questions:

Yes, you still gain +GP for reaching level 101.

Yes, you still get experience and drops if you're fighting monsters at or near your level, at exactly the same amounts as any other level. *Experience/drops diminish the lower the level of the monster is from your current level. This has always been the case to varying degrees in past versions, sometimes very severe (couple years ago), sometimes not as much (recent versions), sometimes moderate (current). The ratios aren't set in stone and will likely continue to be adjusted as necessary to balance challenge, enjoyment and reward.

What is the point of high levels? A stronger character, the challenge of fighting stronger and stronger monsters, actual bragging rights (as a result of said difficulty), the level 101 bonus, being able to help others climb faster, plus anything new in the future, or any other reasons you can think of.

I have noticed that treasure chests are still not dropping anywhere near what I wanted them to be dropping. I am running some numbers and will be tweaking this accordingly. I made some changes in the last version that allows me to adjust a lot of things on the fly now, and this is one of them, so just be advised that this is a heads up that I'm aware of the issue, and am evaluating accordingly.
