PvP is actually being temporarily removed for the new version while I rework some things. Those that have been around for a while know that this is pretty common when I make major huge new updates/changes. I really don't want to delay the release of the game over it, and would like to get a better pvp system back in place, one more along the lines of the original system, where you could have spectators, bet against each other, rankings, etc.

Making amazing progress today, more features done, more todo's done, just all around cranking towards completion!

i like that we will be able to bet again. i miss that feature.

when you do add the pvp rankings could you add them to the xml feeds?
i think it would be something cool to track in signatures.
or maby a new ladder?

Oh, and one more thing, landscape mode won't be supported in the first version of this, for mobile devices. You'll have to play in portrait mode for this first release.

Yes, you can play on any reasonable size resolution on your desktop. Down to around 320x480, which is the smallest size supported (mobile), or as large as you want.

Just about all of the UI tweaks/changes needed apply to both mobile and desktop, so it makes sense to just do them both at the same time. The only things I plan to not complete for this release are:
- Landscape mode for mobile
- PvP

Some other mobile specific tweaks might not make it, but I'm not going to release a cobbled together port just to get it out sooner.

Here's what the town currently looks like. It also scales and looks/works great on mobile:

I'm just wrapping up miscellaneous things at the moment. Release is getting closer. :)

The new version is not done. The lake (and many other things) are already on my to-do list from weeks ago. This is a perfect example of what I meant by known issue reports and why I'm not releasing it in open beta yet.

edit: Lake is fixed.

Paul great Job, i cant explain it in my english words but in german i would say:
