It means precisely what I said the last time it was +100% Maximum Base Quality of Welled Item

Did I ask about this same thing before? :lol: I'll have to scroll back and read it.

I was just hoping someone would know what it could precisely mean. I don't think there's any official bonus event descriptions listed anywhere, right?

The word maximum is throwing me off. If it said +% minimum quality I could easily say it's just the base quality will be increased by this % every time. With a maximum increase it almost makes me wonder if this could potentially be an overspawn type situation.

Thats what I was thinking the first time but it seems quality applies to the tier not the stats?

I don't even know anymore. Wording always gets tricky with these things. 90% to maximum mean there is a higher Tier than Unique?

no like tier as in t5 is lvl 10 ;) they were reporting drops higher than the item thrown into the well last event.
