I looked over the first post explaining the ratios, and see nothing about crits for dex.

Regardless, you must realize it's an INT catagory. Nothing more. 65 > 64 Int. Simplest of concepts. The catagory is not best overall casting staff. It's best Int staff. There is no arguement.

i was confused because int / vita / strength and dex counted as *ee* but now i noticed they all are stats, forget what i said
idc about the list either, i rarely add my items to the best item list

The 64 int staff is not better for an "int" staff.

Crit strike could not be a defined stat before and cannot now still.

Edit: Been without internet for a bit. Asked Mr. McClain to run the list until I can fix my situation again.

The best item list makes all the pretty girls want to dance and take off their underpants. It's serious business here and there simply can't be two "best" items in one category, that would be inconceivable.

dex/str increases the ee value of a weapon, int/vita ee value of a armor both are EE categories; crit doesn't increase the int value of the item which is the determining factor of being in the INT category. If we had a best caster staff category neither would be #1.
