You are close minded and don't have a clue. This is what I currently use @ level 1 with Strength ratio weapons, so that so call crap you called it would be better for Dex ratio weapons and tank like my Guardian/Samurai/Paladin...

+9 Strength
+1 to 6 Life per Kill
+6% Heal Mastery

The thing is this... I use 58ee weapon and also 11 stat tier III charm with 2xx max life... so your response is like all others... moronic.

Yeah cuz ee on a tier 3 armor is needed, right ? Nope.
With 0ee 3ml axe, 3ml plate (no ee), 3ml.charm i still dont have to regen/shrine 1-5 (with base vita and no added +life)

So ee on a tier3 armor kinda pointless and not needed.

Your point is invalidated by the fact that you can use t3 whites to lvl 5 without regen... tank armors are completely useless at lvl 0 literally every other mod is more useful at this level.

And you just pointed out the obvious counter argument to your post.. a new person makes a character and has Tier I items ONLY... What the fuck are you on... there is ALWAYS A FUCKING COUNTER debate... don't fucking debate shit you can NOT think ABOVE the obvious.

Don't worry about it, I just won't give up how I feel about "self-found" items and those that play the game to find items like you would Bufcore (self-found). That item would be sexy as to find Bufcore, not you or any veteran can deny this.
