Noone have found it in this time?

4000+ is not that much compaired to the major sites, but it's really nice for a private "company"

Not as simple as that. Working on negotating with a new location, but it'll be a minimum of 2 weeks anyway, and will require about 2-3 hours of downtime to move all the hardware again (not to mention probably a week on average for DNS to update to not point to the old IPs..)
