Not too hard to gain ranks in any of them.

You previously stated that game is a decade if not older, yet the rankings are not higher during that time... at what point does "Deleted" characters with higher rankings stay on the Ladder Ranking tables? Or when people stop playing for a year or more influence the difficulty of obtaining Prof or Ranks?
