That catagory is for INT armors, and INT only. HM has nothing to do with that section. I think you may confused with the HM section, which BOTH HM and INT are taken into the equation.

I am confused that is why I am wondering lol.
says something about hm being .5 on the ratio thing but i see that means hybrid section.

a 67int 70hm armor would not overtake the 68int scale owned by Amigo. The int category for med armors only takes Int into account. HM means nothing.
If this were a HM category or even a stat armor category, then HM would be taken into account.
