none of those are higher than meekers 60 and 76+5, altho they have some solid side mods, but thanks for the update on the other two

tbh, I'd give his 55ee and 5 int tier III the advantage, because with any proficiencies, it will do more damage.

As Paul did that horrible update recently, when U have e.g. ~10% prof + this charm, it works like a 60ee anyway imo sad.gif capped at this lvl :/

The ee cap was around before I even made the very first list, these items are the highest ee/stat, not what is in some cases more useful.

You could find a 20ee 5 int tier 1 lightning and that would do more damage than the 202ee tier 1 lightning on the list
