I voted no. Too many people I know play separate characters, which means I'd have to check their profiles anyway. Also, Ventrilo and IRC makes this unnecessary.

Nah. For me it wouldn't be that useful as I have two hardcore and two softcore characters I level up. So even if I had let's say a 55 Warlock on softcore, yet I was into hardcore atm then it would be sort of pointless.

As long as it could be completed disabled I would like to see it, I am sure a lot of guilds would like this feature. Personally though, I would not like to have that column on my member list.
